My BF likes to make this. I have to say he is a very good

due to the fact I have so much to do around the house and
one less thing to worry about lets me relax a little.

2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. steak seasoning
2 large green or yellow peppers, cored sliced lengthwise
1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick wedges

Heat broiler. Rub beef with garlic and steak seasoning.
Place on broiler pan. Add peppers and onions.
Broil 15 minutes or until 140 degrees for medium rare.
Serve peppers and onions over steak.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
